Nordisk Korthandel was started July 1., 1959
Scanmaps.dk - which was started December 1., 1996 - is Nordisk Korthandel's web store.
When you order you will receive the product within 4-10 working days if the product is in stock.
Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail with information concerning the expected time of delivery.
It is possible to pay via Visa, Eurocard, Diners, or Mastercard.
Nordisk Korthandel will charge the price of the product together with delivery if you don't choose to collect the goods yourself:
- 12,00 € for shipment within the EU/EEC.
- 12,00 € for shipment within Scandinavia.
- 20,00 € for shipment outside of the EU/EEC and Scandinavia.
Products that are sent to countries outside of the EU/EEC will not be charged with the 25% VAT that has
been laid on all Danish products (except the delivery charges). This includes Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Important:
all prices shown on scanmaps.com include the VAT.
A customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of the purchase. The product should be
accompanied by a copy of the receipt to ensure that the correct amount is returned.
When a product is returned it is the buyer who pays for the return charges.
The paid amount will be returned to the customer by check within 8-10 days.
In cases where the product is damaged or has a fault at the time of receipt the customer can make
a complaint.
Products that are returned with complaints can be delivered to Nordisk Korthandel without return charges.
Nordisk Korthandel will deliver a new product within 7-14 days provided the product is in stock.
In case a new delivery is impossible Nordisk Korthandel will return the paid amount via check to
the customer within 7-14 days.

In case you have questions concerning delivery and payment you can direct your enquiries to the
above address or call us on Phone 45 33 38 26 38 (Monday-Friday 10-16).
If one regrets a purchase, it is possible to cancel the order by sending us an e-mail on
ordrer@scanmaps.dk. However, it is important to
do this as soon as possible after the deal has been done since we often send the product
the same day we receive the order. In case we have sent the product before we get the
notification of the annulment it is always possible to return the product according to
the 14 days returns policy.
Any responsibility and claim for damages is to be directed at Nordisk Korthandel who sells the product.
Besides the above Nordisk Korthandel does not take on further responsibility for any delays or faults.
Nordisk Korthandel does not take responsibility for indirect damages.
The customer is encompassed by the rights that appear from the Danish Marketing Law and the Danish law
about certain consumer deals.
The terms are valid from December 1., 1996 - updated January 26., 2005.
We make reserVATions for misprints and price changes.
For all credit card transactions Nordisk Korthandel uses a safe payment service DIBS,
that has been approved by PBS.
Scanmaps.dk does not use the information given by the customer in connection with the purchase for
other purposes than to complete the transaction. Nor does Scanmaps.dk under any circumstances give
or sell information about our users to others.
We use cookies for our basket and not to gather information about customer behavior.
The cookies we use are browserbased, which means that they are automatically erased when the browser is closed down.
In Internet Explorer 5.X-6.X cookes can be deleted in the menu "Tools" -> "Internet options" -> "Delete cookies",
if you wish to do it manually.
The gathered log information is used only to give an overview of the number of visitors on the site -
and not to determine the individual users behavior.
When you order a product the information that you have given is registered (recipient/sender name and
address, credit-card text, phone number, your e-mail address and what product you want delivered) and we
log your IP-number. The information is registered in our database.
Your IP-number is used solely in connection with possible abuse.
The information is used to carry out the order you have made. Employees of Nordisk Korthandel have access
to the information.
The information from the orders is not passed on and we do not use the information to send unsolicited
e-mails. If you wish to receive Nordisk Korthandel's info-letters you can only register as info-client
through our "info-client" page. We keep the information for 5 years.
Nordisk Korthandel's web site gets all it's informations from a database. Hence, our site is always
up-to-date.
Orders are stored by the company itself and it is not possible to get them electronically.
